This project was a whole house remodel, with eighty percent of the interior gutted for maximum functionality. This included minor layout rework in the kitchen, and master suite. The tub in the guest bath was removed and replaced with a shower. The fireplace facade was modernized. The remaining remnant granite slab left over from the kitchen was used for the fireplace surround material. A painted wood mantel to match the kitchen cabinetry was custom built for the space. The wood like porcelain flooring, faux wood beams and consistent materials throughout really tie the space together. We kept things neutral and incorporated small consistent splashes of color for that fun touch.
